Jac Crow, acupuncturist in Bassingbourn near Royston
Meet Jac

Jac Crow.

Jac trained formally as an acupuncturist. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has built her own methodology around it since: full attention to the whole person, not a five-minute chat before the needles go in.

She works from a private treatment room at home in Bassingbourn, near Royston. Four clinic days a week, three clients a day. No evenings. That's the shape of the practice, and it isn't going to change.

Every new client starts with the Introduction Session. Ninety minutes. A proper history, a hands-on assessment, and the treatment itself. "The stillness is what people like," she says. Most women arrive managing, not resting. The acupuncture helps that shift.

Jac is currently studying mitochondrial health. She has a long-standing interest in circadian health: the rhythms that govern sleep, energy, and how switched-on the body stays through the day.

Outside the treatment room: Jac reads constantly, and buys books faster than she finishes them. She paints, and has recently returned to the easel. She photographs light and shadow, especially sunrises.

Locally

People around Royston already know Jac for acupuncture.

The name gets passed along here: a neighbour, someone at work, a friend whose back finally settled. That was happening before there was a website, and it's still how most people arrive.

Which means you can ask about her before you book. That's the point of a practice run out of one room in one village. There's nobody else to blame and nowhere to hide.

Not ready to book? Take the 5-Minute Reset. It's free, it's one page, and it works whether or not you ever come to the room. Join the list
